The CAC series- Multi-arc Ion Coating Machineare is designed for primarily for metal and ceramic coatings in a production environment with rapid pump down times and industrial grade power supplies. A range of source options allowing Yiyan to be used to coat a wide range of materials on plastic, metal and glass substrates.
Options include carbon and stainless steel chambers, removable liners, RF and DC magnetron, cathodic arc source ion/plasma cleaning, reactive gas processes, plasma emission feedback computer automation, online coating thickness measurement, workpiece heating, dry/turbo/cryo pumps, as well as various styles of planetary rotating workpiece fixtures.
Process experienceincludes various metals(Au,Ag,Al,SS,Ni,Cr) as well as reactive and nonreactive deposition of a wide rage of inorganic compounds(SiO2,Al2O3,Tio2,TiN,TiALN,TiCN,HfO2,ETC)
This CAC series- Multi-arc Ion Coating Machine is consist of vacuum coating chamber , vacuum pumping system, arc source system , cooling system , gas system , electrical control system , workpiece rotating rack , and others. This machine is mainly applied in the coating for various of metal, glasses, ceramics.
