This YIYAN-REC-vacuum resistance evaporation coating machine consist of vacuum coating chamber, vacuum pumping system, cooling system, evaporation system, electrical control system, workpiece rotating rack, and others.
The equipment adopts the resistance heating in the vacuum chamber, to melt and vaporize the metal wire (aluminum wire) cling to the resistance wire. The vaporized metal molecule is deposited on the substrate to gain a smooth film as well as high reflectivity. Thus the surface of the items can be decorated and beautified. It is the most common machine used for metallization on plastic, ceramics, resin, glass, and it is the ideal equipment to gain the decorative films on plastic products with perfect quality at low price. Widely used in the field of toys, jewelry, lamps mobile shell, electronics and package, the substrates can be plastic, ceramics, resin, glass etc.
